Day one and day two. aerobics and weight lifting. day three just walking or jogging. Do this for six days and rest on the seventh day then repeat the routine.
If you want to know my diet, it's pretty simple and straight forward. No junk foods which means no fast food no frozen foods no candy or regular sodas, diet sodas and one low-carb energy drink per day is allowed. Little to no refined carbs (no white carbs). focus on complex carbs with high fiber/high protein and very little meat. fruits and veggies of course, and plenty of water.
for your protein you can have nuts and seeds. they are a healthier type of protein than meat in my opinion. You still need to watch portion sizes but you do not need to count calories etc. just follow the daily serving sizes and you will be fine. You can even half the portions if you wish.
My new diet and exercise routine, what do you think?

I understand what you are saying.
diet soda may be bad because of the artificial sweetener, but on this diet and exercise routine, regular soda is worse. The average serving of regular soda has about 30 grams of sugar other types like orange soda is easily 70 grams per serving. One gram of sugar is equal to one cube of sugar you put in your coffee. One gram of sugar is about one carb. So in the long run on this diet, diet soda is better.
The idea with this diet is to try and focus on negative calorie foods, like carrots, oatmeal and other foods that are high in soluble and insoluble fibers. these foods give you plenty of energy to lose weight without the worry of high calories or carbs and not starving yourself.
artificial sugar in diet is bad
