My neighbour was hit by a falling stick from one of my trees and it caused a small bruise. She has written a complaint to us and asked us to remove the tree and reimburse her with $150 dollars because apparently she couldn't attend work. In the letter she has exaggerated on what happened and made the pictures look worse ( I think she digitally enhanced them). I saw her bruise and it was not as bad as the picture. The day the stick fell there was severe weather warnings to not go outside and I also told her not to but she went and hung out her washing anyway. I am worried she will take legal action
