My name on marksheet is wrong but on enrollment is correct should I do something about it?

What I want to know is that since my name on enrollment is correct but wrong on marksheet but it is just a minor mistake of one word.

My name on enrollment is correct because I filled it my self

Should I continue my enrollment name or marksheet name

If suppose I continue my enrollment name and ignore the name on marksheet will it cause any problem
should I change my name on marksheet or should I do nothing to solve this problem since the procedure I dont know but I am quiet sure it will give me a pain in the head

Should I continue the name of marksheet or enrollment

Oh one more thing if possible tell me why is my name wrong on marksheet
