My name and my son's name are the only ones on the deed will my wife be able to inherit property?

I want to know if my wife will be able to get my property if I die even though my son's name is on the deed with mines. She is my wife .

is your son of age you could specific who you want the property to go to if thats a option if she has custody of your son and he isn't of age all she has to do is show she has custody and the judge could act on that i'm senseing that he isn't of age you might want to file a form that states who you want the property to go to then it would be where you make sure who gets it unless you want her to have interest in it.
