I have nails that curve up and they really don't look nice. It's like they lift off the nail bed as they grow. I searched 'my nails are growing off the nail bed' on google and the results are found were that I apparently had onycholsis. I checked out the pictures of nails that had onycholsis and most of them looked very yellow and discolored with the majority of the nail being white. I have very short nails from biting but I don't have that much white. So basically basically this is my problem.

Nails indicate nutritional deficiencies, especially protein. It's hard to get results because you have to maintain perfect nutrition for almost a year before you see any improvement. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right. But you probably will have to get professional advice for your nails.
You really need fiber in your diet: two slices of whole grain bread every day, or veggies with every meal. A deficiency of fiber will cause an extremely painful belly ache that is difficult for doctors to diagnose.
You're probably right about the nutritional deficiencies bit because I eat a lot of meat and not that much vegtables and thank you for the answer btw.
