My sister keeps on saying I should eat healthier when I'm only a size 14! She also says I need to stop being lazy, when I have enough on my plate with my mum who's always telling me to do things! I'm not lazy I just have barely any motivation as I'm always depressed because of the stress they put me under. They always seem to get everything they want from me as they manipulate the situation! As I'm at university should I just move into halls or what should I do?

You can eat healthily and be fat you know, just as you can eat unhealthily and be skinny. If you're old enough to be at uni then you're old enough to assert yourself. I know it is hard and I felt the same way when i started at uni and my brothers always seemed to be sooo much better at stuff than I was and mum and dad never nagged them or had a go at them... honestly it's just the age you're at and their misplaced concern. Best you can do is say yes mum no mum, ignore your sister and just get on with it.. quiet determination will work for you.
Regarding Uni I would do your first year in halls and then, if you feel up to it, try renting with friends. In my experience if your in halls you study better, if you're renting you have a lot more distractions and some people don't deal well with that.
The just age I'm at part doesn't ring true as I've had it for most of my life. Thank you.
