my mom said I'm the reason my friend is depressed.. I have depression and I stopped going to school for a long time but started going again. My friend is also depressed she self harms as well.. and I feel guilty because my mom said it's my fault. Apparently my mom thinks this friend looks up to me so she started being this way.. I feel really bad do you think my mom is right?

Of course she's not! Your friend must be just going through something, you should try to make her feel more comfortable and try talking to her. never EVER feel guilty for something like this, your mum might not understand the situation, I feel very isolated from my mum at the moment too so I can understand what your going through. Don't let your mum make u feel bad or guilty about anything (within reason of course). Just try to talk things out with your friend and ask her what's really going on, at the end of the day you might even make her feel a whole lot better for getting stuff off her chest x
The first line of defense against depression and anxiety is B vitamins. Get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another dose. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.
Take your friend and go to a church on Wednesday evening. You don't have to believe anything. Every church does something different, so if one is not interesting you can go to another one. Don't tell them about your problems, just say you heard you could meet some nice people.
