I am 17 yr old and i always take bath with my mom that's not a matter but she also washes my private parts she also washes my Penis under foreskin how can i tell her that i can do that myself ?

Something is so wrong with that in sooooo many ways!!  You are 17 --- you should NOT be taking a bath with your mother anymore.   You are way too old for that!!!   

Tell your mother to back off and that you do NOT want her taking a bath with you anymore!!
