My mom always gets mad at me for forgetting to do stuff and not help around the house what do I do?

I always forget to do stuff because of school and my mom gets to hard on me and sometimes i retiliate by saying she gets annoying what do I do.

my sister is the same  it's a girl thing she gets stressed out over my niece then takes it out on me so i say breathe or if she still carries on i say maybe if you didn't spread your legs to someone you just met you wouldn't be in this situation.My sister doesn't like it because she knows i'm not afraid of her.
