i think it will be a little difficult because if you are having irregularity on your period and has hormonal imbalance that means that your egg cells in the ovary didn't ripe in the right or there is no exact date when it will become fertile which is necessary to have when you and your partner intercourse to get pregnant. If i where you i would go to a gynecologist and seek a professional advice on what you should do in your case so you can get pregnant
