I would like some kind of ordained officiant and he has a strong preference towards a priest. I have no idea what to do! I never ever imagined having a priest marry me. I am not Catholic and I have absolutely no desire for any type of mass or anything associated with a traditional catholic ceremony. Also, I will not budge on an outdoor wedding. He likes the idea but from what I've heard and read it's extremely difficult to find a priest to marry out of a church. I'm totally stuck and don't know what to do

are you sure you don't want to be associated with a church alot of the time the lord wants its followers to be for him and worship him just as he has done out of his heart for us if your fiance has asked you to come be part of gods followers you might want to think a bit on this one i'm sure he is not pushing you at least it doesn't seem like it do what you feel is right in your heart you will know what to do
I am 100% not religious. He can be I have nothing against people's beliefs whatever they may be. BUT I feel as if a whole mass and if we can't find a priest to marry us oustide will truthfully ruin the weddi give been dreaming of since I was a little girl.
