... A shipping company lost my merchandise after picking it up from down town Los Angeles they told me that somebody broke into their van and stole 6 boxes (180kg). l've given them the invoice that contains the total cost of the merchandise as they requested.they payed me 63% of the total cost,and told me they cannot pay the remaining 37%. What can I do to help my situation ?
