My legs hurt and feel tight, what should I do?

If they hurt when you move them, try moving them some more. Stretch more often. I know this sounds like a lousy answer, but when I stretch my legs when they're tight, they feel better later. It's like a cramp or something, nothing serious. By the way, if they feel tight like this a lot, it either means you don't stretch or move around enough (so, like, jog half a mile every evening or something), or you're getting old.
