My laptop is a Hp Pavillion G6 and it has stopped working. The reason for this because i inserted a hdmi cable in and it suddenly switched off. I dont what could have made the hdmi cable switch it off. :(
I have tried to to that trick where u take the AC adapter and battery out but whenever i try to turn it on the power button and Caps button flash once. What do i do?
You can reinstall windows see if that works it sets windows back to its original settings other then that you might have to take it to someone to get it worked on
i aussume if its made from china it would only work for a period of time however if you somehow believe that at any point you mayhave got the computer or plug wet/damp get a hairdryer and hairdry the plug or the inside off the laptop double check to see if your laptop or hdmi smells burnt if it does you will need a new hdmi and note this dont leave the laptop plugged in with the hdmi no longer then 2 days? avoid it from over heating
Thank you for replying,i took out all the cables and try to do that trick, still no change
I also decided to remove the back to see if it overheated but couldnt smell or see no burn so i am not sure what is wrong with it. Is there anothere way of hard reseting it?
