The black blank screen & the beeps indicate that the mother board(Mtb) has been damaged fatally, (the water has shorted it out when you turned it on).
The only way to fix your computer is to replace the board, unfortunately this is a total rebuild & the combined cost of labour & parts usually make it cheaper to buy another.
Loosing the COA Windows sticker makes it a little more difficult, there are programs that can get this off the hard drive for you.
If you do rebuild, you will need to contact Microsoft to allow the transfer to a new Mbd (one transfer allowed usually & then after that they make you buy a new Windows OEM disc).
If you wish to rescue your data, take the hard drive out, put it in a hard drive caddy & connect to another computer.
You might get some money back by selling it on ebay as some people have things like, RAM memory, screens fail, hinges break that cost too much new to allow economic repair (do not sell it with the hard drive thou, keep it & put it in a caddy for back up).
If water is spilled on your laptop or mobile, turn it over immediately & remove the battery. Then let it dry out for at least two or three days, maybe placing it in a polythene bag with lots of rice to absorb the moisture.
Then replace the battery & hope your lucky!
I honestly wished I could give you a quick fix (someone comes after me with one) & not this news.
Sorry.
