I have a 1 year old lab and he's a little crazy we where going to camp so I wanted to let him run around and yet I still have control over him we got him a shock collar today a week later I smelt this horrible smell coming. From him l then discover that he had a swallow cut like from the collar rubbing on him neck I feel terrible that I didn't see this before what should I do??
