I'm being transferred to another store because a family member is getting switched back to where I'm currently at and I'm going to where they use to be.
I know its policy but can I fight it if where I'm going they have family working together currently and they are not being separated?
Where I currently work their was family working too it's just me and my dad that are not allowed and I find it unfair plus my dad has morning shift I have night.
What are my options?

you can ask for a grievence hearing on the issue you can ask if its okay if you stay with in the boundaries of the job you have now and tell them why you feel that way is this a family enviroment meaning job related does familly own the bussiness tell them why you believe you should remain at the job postion you are at and why you believe you should remain in that position sometimes it works out better that way if you come with a good reason why you feel the way you do about it
