My place of work has a "open shop" union, but I have chosen not to be a member, and I believe that they are giving all the hours to union members only. Is this considered unlawful, and is there something I can do about it?

You are wishing somebody would do something for you. That is not at all the same as "What can I do?"
I never said I wanted someone else to do something for me. I said was there, if anything, that I myself could do. I don't know if there is anything I can do, and if them limiting my hours for not being a union member is legal or not, and if it is illegal of them, what can I do. that's what I'm asking.
The answer is still the same.
Well yeah, I'd like to, though it's a bit tough right now. I was more wondering if, legally, there was anything I could or could not do.
