I provided card info that I know for sure works and it says there is a billing problem with my previous purchase and to update my info. I did and it says the same thing. Before it asked for security questions and I forgot them and it said I could use my iPod but the link isn't even there. I do not own a computer but idk if it's even necessary. Please help.
