So, I know that your wires can poke your inner cheek, but that isn’t what is happening.
If I move my mouth a certain way, it’s like my inner cheek gets attached/caught to my wire (or bracket, not 100% sure)
What should I do?
Adelle Davis says that is a symptom of B vitamin deficiency. It's cheap enough to test: get B-100 or B-50 pills and see what happens. B vitamins are totally safe, no overdose or nothing.
Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another dose. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.
