... a stolen fire arm and that is now a misdemeanor, possession of stolen property of 5,000$ and i believe theft now. He has to be incarcerated for months until the investigation will be done and have yet to have more charges against him. This is his first time for any such thing like this, and has never had a felony. He also had possession of paraphernalia but its the lowest class felony you can get for that. The investigation will be a long process and once he goes to court for the first county he has two more to go to. Will they run all of these several charges together and be concurrent? Will he just get several big fines since hes already serving time while they still investigate?
