The loan officer need more detail info like checks verifying that the tenants pay rent but the tenants are set up to wire money in our account. Wouldn't just the lease be valid and showing them the transfers on our account statement?

that would work if thats what they are looking for you just need some type of proof that they pay rent and explain to them why it is paid the way you recieve it that should work you would think mabe you need something which shows each persons first and last name mabe thats what their looking for it might be the case
