... broke,and now blames me for being a bad hair cutter and won't let me touch his hair again. Is he right or wrong to blame me for the razor dieing and not being able to give him a good hair cut, or am I right that the razor died and he should give me another try?

Hes doing that behavior because you were using the razor to cut his hair basically thats all he is seeing at this point. But thats not a good idea to have that kind of behavior tell him to go have it cut by a hair cutting place get it takin care of should not be taken it out on you.
