I am currently living in a rented house. However, my owner sleeps in our garage, and it is really bothering our family. Also, the owner change the garage into a living room. He told us in the beginning that he will sleep in the garage once a week, and our family accepted the deal. However, he is sleeping in the garage every single day. Especially on Saturday and Sunday, he just stay in there. The problem is the garage is really close to the house, and we see him working at the back yard. Technically our family is living with the owner. Is there any legal action that I can make? We told him to stop coming and this guy does not listen. At the same time, we can not move the house right now because our family is doing day care. This guy knows that our family can not move, so he is keep sleeping in the garage. I want to have revenge on this guy what should I do.
