My hands get dark red and bumpy everyother day idk what it is! Also very hot?

My hands get dark red and rashy bumpy and I can barely touch things sweaty and in massive pain any suggestions what it could be it has gone on for about 4 years now

Ever tried wearing Gloves to prevent problem's. It could be from touching something like poison Ivy.   Mike
