My hamster has a large pink bum on his/her back and I don't know what it is. Help plz?!?

I don't know if it is a girl or a boy, I can't tell, does that have anything to do with his or her bump problem?

My younger cousans hamster had the same thing, can't remember the name of it, but just know this the hamster died soon after they discovered it, so please just take it to the vet!

i have a hamster with the same pink bum and that and its normal mine  is a boy its just the kind of hamster he is..he is a boy.  If you have more questions ask me!
