My guy's in the Army. If we got married, do I have to have blood tests when I'm just a Civilian?

A blood test to get married is strictly a subsidy for the local blood test lab. Nobody ever fails a blood test. You can get married in another location and it will be just as good as a marriage where you already are. Look in the phone book; if there are no advertisements for blood tests, it's not a local requirement.
