My glasses are tight. They just fell from my face, to my hands, now they are tight?

They are tight, the hinges and screws and temples area feels really tight, and they feel tighter around my face.

Not really sure how that happened - I have to ask an optometrist to tighten mine because they get looser from falling. Try asking yours and see if they know....

Did they maybe hit something which bent the frame out of shape?
