My girlfriend has lesions on her face that wont heal. she complains of something under her skin?

Unfortunately its hard to determine the problem without further details. How large are the lumps? Do they come to a head? do they weep? cause pain? The best most will be able to offer is go see a doctor untill there's more info. If you do see a dermatologist and they perscribe medication be warry. As someone who was on accutane if this is perscribed I would highly advise against it. It can really mess up your biochemistry in ways that can take years to normalize.
