My garbage disposal drain (also sink drain) is very slow?

Sounds like the pipe is partially blocked. You can either call out a plumber or buy a "unblock your pipes" cleaner liquid. Most large supermarkets will sell some form of domestic pipe unblocker, you just pour it down and wait a few hours to do it's stuff and then usually your good to go.
