I asked my friend to park her car in my condo complex (6 units) and take my car to the dinner. While having a dinner I received a call from my father asking me if I know the blue car parked in my parking space. I told him its my friends car and he said him and the landlord just towed that car!! WTF!!!! Why da Fxxx did he asked if I knew who's car it was after shit got towed!!! Went down to the impound yard to retrieve the car and the impound slapped me with $222 towing and impound fee... I told the landlord how much it was and asked him to pay the fee, he says he has no responsibility since my father made the complaint and agreed car to be towed. This was exact my father and landlords conversation after they saw my friends car.. Landlord (LL): Do you recognize this car?// Father: no// LL: can you ask your family member if they do?// my pops asked my sister if she know who's it was and she replied no. // Father: No one knows who's it is// LL: Should we tow it?// Father: My sons going to come home soon so yes let get rid of it.. FUUUUUUUUUUCK!!!!!!!!!!! Reason why my landlord was so quick to act upon it was he hates the above floor tenants and thought their friends had parked in my space and my father just wanted to see some action... Is there a way I can get my money back? it was my parking space and I should be the only one requesting for any towing.. Am I right on this?? or do I just have to bite my lips and drive on with my life?

I suppose that if your car is registered to one of the spaces at the condo then it would be fine; if someone towed your vehicle then you would be entitled to argue for a refund.
However, your friend has no contractual agreement with the landlord so if he wants it to e removed, it can be.
I my personal opinion, I think you will be fighting a losing battle here. The towing company (although annoying) removed a vehicle they there were instructed to tow. Try explaining to your landlord and he should foot the bill or your dad for not checking with everyone.
If your friend’s car was towed from your parking space, it’s likely due to the enforcement policies of your property or parking management company, which may assume any unauthorized vehicle is subject to towing. To resolve this, contact the property manager or towing company, explain the situation, and provide any necessary proof of your permission for your friend to park there. If there's a fee involved, they may still be responsible for paying it, but a clear conversation might help avoid further issues.
