I am 14 and this is my second (and defiantly last) offense. I had stole a monster energy drink and a cheap makeup powder. When we got stopped, she said I wasn't part of it so I didn't go. Now she wants me to write I note saying I was there for her probation officer so she doesn't get in much trouble. I feel bad for leaving so I'll write it but I'm so scared. I haven't even had my hearing yet for the first time and I just got my parents trust back. But how much trouble will I get in with the law now?
My friend took blame for us stealing. Will I get in trouble if I give her a note sayin I was there?

well their gonna want to know what you intent to do about it the real bizzar thing is that you got your self in trouble and you have no idea whats going to be done it really also depends on what your criminal back ground check has on it cause the judge looks at that when you go to court you know you want to do the write thing not knowing what her part was is the thing that gets me is she gonna write you a note as well i would ask for one on the same conditions but really you have to wait till you go to court to see what your involvement will is this would be your second offense the judge will look at this when talking to you mabe probation and some community service might be given longer then the first
