this might come across 'whimpish' but it's the best thing to do, call the police!! grass that mother fu**er up! owns the IRA?? sh*t that is big news! if you don't tell the police you could be potentialy risking peoples lives! and he wants to rape your wife! you need to sort this! personaly if someone threatens to do something to my girl, brother or not you are DEAD!!!!
