My friend brought her dog in my home. My dog bit her dog, am I held responsible?

Is she sueing? Has your dog ever bitten another person or dog before? If yes, then you can be held liable. You might have to put him to sleep if they sue and win. (Or lose, the court may still decide that he needs to be gone) :( So sorry that this happened to your dog.
