so..we were friends since grade school and we are 21 now..about 5 months ago he won a lot of money (a little more than 3 million) and since then he has been living a very luxurious life in which he includes me and another friend we grew up with..I am very happy for him the problem is that it makes me feel bad that he always pays for me he even bought me new car as a present for my birthday..he was and still is an amazing friend he hasn't changed towards us at all and I know the problem is me and not him..but still....also his birthday is coming up and I have no idea what to get him...I mean what present can you get for a millionaire?

If he is truly your friend, you probably know the things he likes especially since before he became a millionaire. Get him something that you know he's been into for a long time, you don't have to spend lots of money for it. If he values your friendship he would be happy with what you gave him for his birthday and not be bothered by the monetary value of the gift. I can tell you from my experience, I value you the little things my friends do for me and vice versa and money is not going to change that if we were suddenly to come into lots of it say be winning the lottery or something.
