For the past 5 years my friend has always had a main part in a play Why. She is selfish and smart. It makes me so angry. I never get my own say when I'm around her.

Maybe she is just a better actor than you. If you want to be better than her then I suggest acting lessons. Or maybe if you do not have the money or the time you should just ask the person that controls the plays and stuff why she always gets the main parts in the play. Or you could ask her that you would really like to have the main part in the play anf ask her if maybe you could have the main part this time instead of your friend. Or if your friend is a really good friend and she is really nice then you could tell her your problem and if she understands your problem then maybe if the person that controls all the plays and stuff picks her again she would say, "No not this time I always get the main parts in the play. It is time for somebody else to get a chance to do this. How about (whatever you name is) gets a chance to do it this time." Or if she is not like that you should just ask her. Hope that helped! Maybe she is a better actress than you so treat this as a challenge, do your best in audition, practice harder. Harder than you did before. Study the lead role carefully and internalize...then when you are ready for the role, they will notice that and they will pick you.
