My followers Im not following back are on the top of my follower's list?

After 191 followers mostly all of my followers that im not following back (strangers) are suddenly moved to the top of my follower's list while the people  im following are at the bottom of my follower's list?PLEASE HELP,HOW DO I FIX THIS??

I think it just wants you to notice your followers so you could know who is following you ....and I don't know how you can fix tht try contacting the the company.
