My Facebook password and email got changed by someone else and now I can't get back into it???:(((?

so my aunty changed my email and password for Facebook and now she has forgotten both and Ive tried everything, but I don't know how to get it back?:(

Facebook offers password change, just google "change facebook password and email address".

In this case you will not get back access so soon, the only way is to contact Facebook support or customer service. If you didn't delete an e-mail which you received after your credentials have been changed, prepare this e-mail as an approval that you did not change anything.
