My ex still uses my home address on his business license and correspondences eve though he hasn't?

... been living here. How do I get him legally to update his information and not use my address?

Go to the business license place and file a complaint stating that he does not reside or conduct business at that address. They will cancel the license and he can figure out what to do about it.
