My ears hurt when they pop I barely hear but really want to pop them?

My mom says its because of my allergies might be but anyways it hurts really bad. in my throat when i yawn it pops and hurts when i breathe and swallow what should i do? Also in the back of my ear aswell there is pain.

you could try chewing gum, or you could try yawning. Altitude also helps to pop your ears. If you like hiking, then go on a hiking trail and bring some gum. you'll be doing something active and you'll be popping your ears.
