I had a pair of pink earbuds and they lasted a good few months. Then all of a sudden they just only worked on one side. Then i bought a brand new pair and they are doing the same thing!
I would cover your ear that you can hear things through for the earbuds, and try to listen to things with the other ear. You may have issues with your ear. I would contact an ear doctor if the issues continue.
