My dog i one year old, he is a toy poodle. When he was a puppy he was excellent in peeing on his pee pad. Now he has a big problem ever since I moved to a new home I trained him to potty outside and ring the bell when he needs to go outside. The problem is I take him outside and he goes but when i bring him inside he will potty again everywhere when I am not looking. I leave his pads so he can potty while I am at work but when I return home he has peed EVERYWHERE. I make him smell it and tell him NO very firmly, and I say bad dog. I have punished him by putting him in a crate. He still doesn't get the point. He is not neutered and I do not want to neuter him. Sometimes, i think it's he wants attention. PLEASE HELP!!!! I am at the point, of debating wheather or not to keep him.

It could be because he's in a new home. I know sometimes dogs will pee everywhere when they get excited, but this don't seem to be the case since he does it while your gone. Hmm, he could have a bladder problem. If I were you, I would take him to the vet and have them check him out just in case he does have a bladder problem...
A puppy is a puppy and his hormones had not kicked on yet.
YOU HAVE YOUR ANSWER - he is "NOT NEUTERED" ....therefore he will continue to mark his territory by peeing everywhere
Talk to your Vet...he will reconfirm this and tell you the the benefits of neutering such as health, etc.
