She is normal pretty good in the day, but still does it, and especially in the night! Please help I don't know what todo!

Dogs are usually house broken by 2 years but some can be a bit stubborn lol If your gone for longer periods during the day it's expected that your dog will have to go, if you work maybe have a neighbor or relative come over and let the dog out during the day. If your home try putting the dog outside after it wakes up, after drinking or playing. In other words several times a day put the dog out. When the dog goes outside give it a reward, when the dog goes inside tell it no and clean up right away. Eventually the dog will learn
Ah yes thanks for adding that forget to mention don't say No if you only see it hours after lol The dog won't understand then, the No is only if you catch the dog in the act
Make sure you only say "no" of you catch your dog in the act. Doing it any other time will be ineffective. Also, make sure the pee spot is deep cleaned so the dog does not think that is its potty spot.
