My dog has these little white bubbles under her left eye and I do not know if I should be concerned?

the best thing you could do for your pet is to take her to the vet to get evaluated cause if its something that needs to be addressed they can catch it mabe white heads a skin condition mabe something along that line mabe a eye condition which only a vet can say whats going on does it seem to bother her at all
