He is 42 and i am 21.He has been my dr for bout a year now. He has always been very kind and professional, so it took me by surprise. He said since he saw it was love at first sight and he would do anything to be with me. I know its wrong for a drto date a patient, but he has been insisting alot.

According to modern feminist ethics this is unethical. But many a doctor/therapist/professor has married a patient or student. Since you are 21 you can make your own decision about this.
Be aware though that doctors are busy people. Most of them are on call, which means when the call comes in, they must abandon whatever they're doing, even if this means holding your hand while you're giving birth. In addition in order to maintain professional standing, doctors must attend a number of seminars and conferences every year. In other words they're not home a lot. Thankfully with IM and Skype and other instant video services available, this isn't as much of a hurdle as it used to be. Good luck!
