My daughter is 8 years old and her mom has custody. My daughter was diagnosed with asthma 2 year ago last year her moms husband took her to the dr. and they were told that her asthma was in the yellow zone. they prescribed her an flovent too use 2 times daily and a rescue inhaler. She doesn't have her use the inhaler daily as she should. She refuses to tell the school about it either. Whatif anything can I do?

I know this is probably something you don't want to do,but talk to the person taking care of her because your daughter may be in trouble what if she is in P.E. one day and passes out if she goes to school. Without the inhaler she could die if she was having enough trouble. Tell the school if that doesn't work and if that doesn't work tell the doctor or the police it is a serious matter and it should be handled as soon as you can I promise that's what you should do.
