Most prisons and jails got visiting hours, so although he might be able to come and see you, you can go and see him. By judging the crimes he committed, which is domestic violence and child abuse, he could spend anywhere from 1 year and 30 days, to 10 years in jail with a fine of, by what I'm looking at here, $12,000. I've never been in such relationships with anyone like this so I'm sure it's hard for you but please find help. Remember their are people out their who do care about you. If it helps, he can go on probation if he pass classes for these kinds of crimes and is good in jail, which means he can go home.
In most jails and prisons they have visiting hours. So he wont be able to come too you, but you can come to him. The crimes he committed are domestic violence and child abuse. A estimated fine of $12,000 and anywhere between 1 year and 30 days to 10 years depending on how forgivable the judge is. Their are classes he can take in jail so he can find other ways of dealing with anger and frustration and not release it onto you and your family. so he can do probation, Which means he can leave the prison or jail with an assigned parole officer keeping tabs on him. He can also get released from jail early if he is good in jail and helps out his community.
