After I am done doing the dishes I always leave bits of food in the sink well now my dad wants me to write a 5 page essay about why I forget to clean out the sink and how can I remember to do so, any ideas about what to put in my essay? Please help me!!

I forgot to mention that he took away my phone and ipod and in order to get them back I have to finish this essay

I remember things best when I put a reminder in a wrong place. Like if I need to remember to bring back milk when I go out, I might put the empty container in front of the door, or sometimes, just a reminder note that I'll need to walk over. Maybe you could put a sticky note on the dish washing liquid, or write a reminder on it in thick, dark pen.
I would write the essay about reasons why your dad is an over the top extreme man and that writing an essay over a subject like this is pathetic. He sounds over the top and you should NOT have to be bullied about a minor problem that he seems to have. I think he might have a bit of OCD or he's just a bully.
