My birthday has passed and some family members called and texted to wish me a happy birthday. But my cousins didn't wish me and I was okay with it. Not until my sisters birthday was coming soon. They want to celebrate her birthday at a restaurant. They didn't even do anything or wish me a happy birthday....I feel really bad because they accept and feel that my sister is more important than me. What do I do to show them that I am hurt without telling them?

That's not up to you. While common courtesy would say they should have acknowledged your birthday in some way, technically they are not mandated to do that. While it shows a definite lack of manners they are free to like whom they so choose or dislike whom they choose.
It could be they actually don't know what date your birthday is or it could be they don't like you and do like her.
No matter which one it is you have no right to complain about it whether it hurt your feeling or not. You just might discover this is why they dont like you in the first place.
