What should I do if my computer is plugged in but it says "Plugged in, not charging?"?
Answers (2)
1st check that the power supply is providing enough volts and amps to charge the computer.
2nd check that the battery will take a charge (that it is still good)
If both of those check out then the charging circuit in the computer is likely damaged.
And fixing that may cost more than new computer.
